To modify or cancel a reservation, thank you to contact us here or by phone (+689) 87 342 115 24H in advance at minimum.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel an excursion if the conditions for the smooth running of the activity are not met (weather for example). In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to propose you another date or another excursion (see articles 5 and 6 of the Terms of Sales).

If you don't have vehicle, we provide transport service to and from your hotel or accommodation on Moorea, to the starting point of the activity.
- If you wish to benefit from this service, thank you for specifying it to us with the name of your hotel or pension during your booking. We will communicate to you the schedule of transfer by email or telephone.
- If you come by your own ways: appointment at the starting point of the activity 15mn before the beginning of the tour. The point of departure will be communicated by email or phone. (Intercontinental Moorea hotel or ancient Club Med site depending on weather)
Schedules of the pick-up
If you chose the service of transfer during your reservation,
thank you for waiting for our guide at the meeting point and at the corresponding hour which was communicated you by email or phone. (If you do not still have your schedule of transfer, thank you to contact us)
Drop off at your hotel or pension: approximately 45mn after the end of the activity.
